Legislative Decree no. 231/2001
and Supervisory Body
FM Metal Fasteners Group SpA has adopted, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, an "Organization, Management and Control Model" aimed at preventing the commission of certain crimes, as indicated by the legislation itself.
The Model provides for the implementation of a preventive control system structured into specific operational protocols which, together with the procedures already existing and applied by the Company, are aimed at guiding the work activities of those involved in company processes deemed to be at risk.
It also constitutes a tool with which the Company, in fulfilling its mission, undertakes to contribute, in accordance with the laws and principles of loyalty and fairness, to the social and economic development of the territory and its citizens through the organization and delivery of corporate activities.
The Code of Ethics is an integral part of the Organization, Management, and Control Model. Drafted pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, it prescribes corporate principles and rules of conduct that are binding on all recipients.

The Supervisory Body and its contacts
Furthermore, pursuant to Article 6 of Legislative Decree No. 231 of 8 June 2001 and subsequent amendments and additions regarding the administrative liability of legal entities, FM Metal Fasteners Group SpA has also appointed a Supervisory Body responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Management, Organization and Control Model, ensuring its subsequent updates and monitoring the functioning and compliance with control processes.
The Supervisory Board is composed of several members, including Attorney Alessandra Iotti (Chairman) and internal member Andrea Bevini. Communications to the Supervisory Board are available at odv@fmspa.com. For whistleblowing reports (Legislative Decree no. 24/2023), FM Metal Fasteners Group SpA has activated dedicated channels, the use of which is detailed on the FM Group whistleblowing page.

Packaging and Labels
In accordance with European Regulation PPWR 2025/40 and current national regulations, this section provides customers and Regulatory Authorities with the necessary information for the proper disposal of packaging materials, the sustainability and recyclability characteristics of cellulosic and polymer-based materials, and direct access to the technical compliance documentation.
A network as a sustainable Group system
The FM Metal Fasteners S.p.A. group has identified sustainability as one of the main drivers of growth, starting with the important project of renovating and expanding its headquarters in Reggio Emilia, progressively extending the goals of energy savings and resource reuse to all the group's locations.
