The process begins with a thorough analysis of functional requirements, considering loads, materials, operating environment, and required tolerances.

2. Advanced CAD design

We use 2D/3D CAD software and apply DFM (Design for Manufacturability) principles to optimize production and costs before manufacturing.

3. Prototyping and validation

We produce prototypes in approximately 4–8 weeks, allowing for pre-production functional and mechanical testing.

3. Specialized production

Manufacturing through CNC machining (turning, milling, drilling, threading), cold heading and hot/cold deformation.
