Submit an order request through the portal. Payment terms and conditions remain as agreed with FM Metal Fasteners Group S.p.A.
Can I give my colleagues access?
Yes. The account holder creates logins for colleagues and can deactivate or reactivate them at any time. Everyone orders for the same company and sees the same order history.
Can I find orders placed on the previous portal?
Yes, you can also find orders placed on the previous portal in your order history.
An item has no price or is unavailable. What should I do?
Add it to your request list using the “Request product” button, enter the quantity and preferred delivery date (if applicable), then submit. We’ll respond within 2–3 business days.
How do I change a shipping address or company details?
Addresses are managed by FM Metal Fasteners Group S.p.A. Just email us to make a change, and we’ll update it for you.
Which languages is the portal available in?
