Designed for screws and bolts

Acrylic products designed to lock screws and bolts, preventing them from loosening due to vibration or mechanical stress. In addition to their locking function, they are available in sealing variants, which provide dual protection: mechanical and against leaks.

Hardening and resistance

They activate in the absence of air and upon contact with metal surfaces, withstanding the action of engine oils, water, gasoline, and hydraulic fluids. Hardening takes between 24 and 72 hours at room temperature. Coverage of the screw can be partial or total (up to 360°).

Threadlocker sealants

Formulated to prevent fluid leakage or seepage in threaded joints. They do not have a mechanical locking function, but rather ensure a watertight seal.

Available in various chemical formulations, they are used in hydraulic, pneumatic, and oleodynamic systems, and all applications where sealing is a priority. They offer excellent compatibility with oils, gases, water, and fuels.

Anti-adhesion protective coatings

Pre-applied technical coatings prevent the adhesion of welding spatter and electroplating materials (such as primers or water-based liquid paints). They protect threaded surfaces and critical areas from contamination, facilitating subsequent welding or painting operations.

Self-locking

An instant and reusable solution for ensuring the tightness of threaded joints. Made from polyamide-based materials, they are applied directly to the thread and provide an instant self-locking effect, without waiting times or temperature conditions. Available in any color and with partial (90°, 120°, 180°) or full (360°) coating.

While they offer good vibration resistance, they do not reach the sealing levels of a high strength chemical threadlocker, but they remain excellent where speed of assembly, reusability and compatibility with most industrial fluids and solvents are required.
