Locking systems for fasteners
Designed for screws and bolts
Acrylic products designed to lock screws and bolts, preventing them from loosening due to vibration or mechanical stress. In addition to their locking function, they are available in sealing variants, which provide dual protection: mechanical and against leaks.
Hardening and resistance
They activate in the absence of air and upon contact with metal surfaces, withstanding the action of engine oils, water, gasoline, and hydraulic fluids. Hardening takes between 24 and 72 hours at room temperature. Coverage of the screw can be partial or total (up to 360°).

Threadlocker sealants
Formulated to prevent fluid leakage or seepage in threaded joints. Some products perform
exclusively a sealing function, while others – particularly anaerobic-based ones – can
combine sealing with a mechanical locking effect, varying according to strength.
Available in various chemical formulations, they are employed in
hydraulic, pneumatic, oleodynamic systems, and in all applications where
sealing is a priority. They offer high compatibility with
oils, gases, water, and fuels.
Anti-adhesion protective coatings
Pre-applied technical coatings designed to prevent the adhesion of welding spatter or electrodeposited materials (such as primers or water-based paints).
They protect threaded surfaces and critical areas from contamination, facilitating subsequent welding or painting operations.
Self-locking Coatings
Reusable solution to increase the unscrewing resistance of threaded joints. Made with polyamide resins, they are pre-applied directly to the thread and offer an immediate braking effect, without curing times or temperature requirements.
Available in various colors, with
partial (90°, 120°, 180°) or
complete (360°) coverage.
While offering good
vibration resistance, they
do not guarantee watertight sealing and do not achieve the
braking capacity of a high-strength chemical threadlocker. However, they remain an excellent choice when
quick assembly, reusability, and
compatibility with most industrial fluids and solvents are required.
Self-locking + Sealant Coating
Pre-applied acrylic-based technical coating, designed to combine the braking properties of self-locking coatings with the sealing characteristics of chemical products.
Applied 360° along the entire thread, this coating (usually white) provides an immediate effect both in terms of mechanical locking (unscrewing resistance) and watertight sealing against fluids and gases.
It is particularly suitable for critical applications in the automotive, aerospace, railway, and marine sectors, where high performance in extreme conditions, resistance to vibrations, thermal variations, and chemical agents are required.
It provides complete and durable protection:
- Prevents accidental unscrewing.
- Ensures the sealing of the thread against liquid and gas leaks.
- Increases the safety and reliability of the threaded joint throughout the component's life cycle.
