This type of solution streamlines user withdrawals quickly and easily, as well as allowing for the return or management of items when necessary.

The process for returning an item always requires user identification, who must first select the type of operation: Withdrawal or Return.

Control of the quantities dispensed

Also through the management back-end, it is possible to select for each individual user (or category of users) the quantities and the time frame in which the products can be collected, facilitating timely control of consumption.

If a user needs a particular item to which they are unable to access (e.g., having exceeded the weekly quantity), the area manager can unblock access by performing a simple identification.
